About Me

Hello there! I'm Eszter, the author of the blog. I was thinking about creating a blog for quite a long time. Last year this thought certainly became stronger. I became a mother and I had much less free time. So the recipes that called out for more than one bowl and making things unreasonably complicated had to be simplified.

Now there are a bunch of recipes that I have no idea if they taste any different if I would have followed the instructions.

I live with my family in Austria. We have a small garden and unlikely to our neighbours, we grow a lot of vegetables here. In the summertime there are some days when I have to be creative with the ingredients because I don't want them to go waste.

In this blog I try to be myself and write in an entertaining way. I was going for these long posts gastroblog style, but then I realized that I had to write two thesis aleady and it was like dragging a dead horse. So maybe that's not a good idea.
