Welcome!

The original idea of this blog was to test the recipes from the Horváth Ilona cookbook which can be found in every Hungarian household, and write about my experiences with them. But as I was thinking about it, I thought, why shouldn't I write about other topics as well. So there will be posts about recipes on ingredients packaging and also making easy recipes.


And I mean really easy. Not the Ottolenghi "Simple" cookbook easy, where you need to use every single bowl in the kitchen and such spices and ingredients that you need to be on a waiting list in some webshops. I mean noodle with semolina, poppy seed bread pudding...
